Rent Rabbit provides a collection of resources to manage an online car rental platform, process the car booking and listing services. The following are the terms and conditions for the use of Rent Rabbit along with any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time with us. By accepting these terms and conditions, we consider that you have read, understood and you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service and terms

The services provided are subjected to these Terms and any operating rules or policies that Rent Rabbit may publish from time to time. Rent Rabbit may make changes or modifications to this agreement at any time, and such changes or modifications are effective immediately upon the earliest of

  • Rent Rabbit will notify you advising the changes or modifications
  • The changes or modifications made after the electronic acceptance of this agreement have been made to this as indicated by the ‘date of the last revision date at the top of the terms.
    The service provides a collection of tools and resources to manage an online car rental platform, process orders and sell products online. In addition, the services may include migration services relating to your use of the Rent Rabbit resources.

Delivery of product

Files will be delivered as downloadable links or attachments. We will assist you in installation if needed and as per the purchase order.

Research

Our team involving in research about the current trend on the particular domain and implement the new features. Even though in any case if you have any problems, contact our support team and they will rectify the problem.

Third-party software/ plugins

During the development, we might have used free software/ plugins provided by third parties. This may be free at this point in time, however, if any changes in the future, if not intimated also the customer has to adjust to the changes provided by third parties software/plugins or any others.

Limited warranty

As open-source technologies are used in this, you have the right to customize the design and development as per your wish using our source code. If your developer or any team customizes and that the error occurs from your end, we will not provide any warranty or guarantee support not further applicable at free of cost. You can hire our developers if you need.

Backup copy

It is advisable to maintain the backup of software as reasonably necessary and in case any error is encountered in the software, you can check with the backup software. Therefore backup is more important.

Customer's name and trademarks

Name and trademarks

By using Rent Rabbit, Customer grants rentrabbit an exclusive right and license towards the customer’s names, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos. Customer’s hosted sites and images, public information about the customers and in hosted sites are not limited to the screenshots of customer’s hosted sites and the associated photographs.

Fees and payment; upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation of services

Fees

In accordance with the services provided, the customer will pay Rent Rabbit's all fees due in compliance with the prices and terms listed on this website. Rent Rabbit reserves the right to modify its pricing and terms at any time. The changes or modifications made will be posted on this website and will be effective right away upon the next renewal, billing period, upgrade of the services with and/ or without notice to the customer. All our payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Taxes

The fees we collect are exclusive of all federal, state, and/or other governmental sales, goods, and services, value-added services, other taxes, fees or charges. The customer shall be responsible for all goods, sales, and services, value-added, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges.

Payment

Rent Rabbit accepts payments through google pay, wire transfer and western union. Please note that we do not offer any refunds or credits for any days, months or years partially.

Upgrades

All the upgrades are chargeable. Every customer will get a free upgrade for one year from the date of purchase.

Support policy

Here’s what we DO to assist you with during the free support period

  • Explaining how to configure the default settings
  • Answering general questions on how to set up
  • Solving problems that occurred because of the wrong configuration.
  • Setting up the default functionality
  • Exploring questions that concern the workflow, if they are not the result of third-party code modification.

Here’s what we DO NOT assist you with during the free support period

  • Resolving the issues caused by the server configuration and/or code modification.
  • Upgrading your online car rental platform and resolving issues that arose during the upgrading
  • Modifying the default functionality
  • Resolving the database issues
